Paso Robles Management Team

Reports To: CEO, COO

This multifaceted position includes:

  • Help manage and motivating Sales team
  • Work alongside COO/CEO to market, promote, and educate both employees and customers
  • Maintain the highest standards of customer care
  • Utilize reporting system to track, analyze, and strategize business growth
  • Exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales expectations
  • Must be available on weekends

Employee must possess an awareness of lifestyle and apparel trends, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to effectively lead and motivate a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Uphold company policies and procedures --maintain operational excellence
  • Recruit, hire and train new employees to exceed sales goals through excellent customer service
  • Administer and document performance reviews regularly for sales team
  • Review sales productivity and individual team member's performance weekly
  • Prepare and present monthly sales team meetings
  • Strategize and execute Retail Orbit sales goals and objectives
  • Ensure the highest quality of customer service
  • Execute marketing events in store
  • Organize and implement sales directives, brand awareness and contests to meet sales goals by Department, Class and Sales (DCS)
  • Review open to buy (OTB) plan to ensure the stores are on target and prioritize selling efforts
  • Provide continual feedback to Buying team on best/worst sellers
  • Works alongside Marketing Team, Buying Team, Brand Representatives and Merchandiser to execute in store events and experiences
  • Grow client base, continually improving and strengthening relationships and customer experience
  • Train on use of Heartland Point Of Sales, LP (loss prevention) awareness and controls, and daily store standards checklist

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or relevant experience
  • Organized, detail oriented, analytical, adaptable, problem solver
  • Experience in leading a sales team
  • Strong awareness of relevant brands and products
  • Ability to thrive in high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
